We’ve gone back a few times to muse about Josh and my elegant and romantic Italian honeymoon, but today the focus is on yours. For the time being, I’m six months pregnant and hanging out with my dog and cat in Alexandria, Virginia — with a dermatologist appointment weighing heavy on my shoulders for mid-morning.
